How to Return a Product

2. Provide your order number and the reason for the return
3. We will send you a return shipping label and instructions
4. Pack the item securely and ship it back using the label provided
5. Once we receive the item and inspect it, we will issue your refund within

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout:

• Credit/Debit Card – Refunds will be credited back to your card
• Local UAE Bank Transfer – Refunds will be processed to your provided account
• Cash on Delivery (if applicable) – Refunds will be issued via bank transfer after product return and verification
